故宮近期最夯的兩項大展，自然非「看得見的紅樓夢」與「大美不言」莫屬。前者規劃佈展兩年，而後者12月底就要移駕故宮南院。
我們在11/6順利地看到這兩項大展。梁白玲老師導覽的「紅樓夢」內容豐富有趣-不僅引據書中的章節與展覽器物作對照，更畫龍點睛的介紹了書中重要人物與歷史。
觀展結束，部分會員緊接著再去拼一場「大美不言」；有些則是到「故宮晶華」享用午餐。天公作美，美食與精神饗宴都品嚐到了。
The two most popular recent exhibitions at the National Palace Museum are, undoubtedly, The Splendor of Dream of the Red Chamber and Beauty Speaks for Itself.
On November 6, we had the pleasure of viewing both exhibitions. The Red Chamber tour, led by Museum Docent Liang Bailing, was fascinating and rich in historical insight.
After the tour, some members continued on to Beauty Speaks for Itself, while others enjoyed lunch at the Silks Palace restaurant. With comfortable weather, we enjoyed both a feast for the senses and a culinary delight.
