What an incredible day at the Kuo Yuan Ye Cake and Pastry Museum!
We had so much fun diving into Taiwanese traditions and making delicious pineapple cakes from scratch. Everyone put in their best effort, and the results were amazing—nothing beats a treat fresh from the oven!

EG暑假過後的第一場活動：『郭元益糕餅博物館』，感謝大家熱情的參與！
我們深入了解台灣傳統的糕餅習俗，並著手做出完美比例的鳳梨酥，從奶油，糖，麵粉等基本材料，製作麵團而後包入鳳梨內餡，壓模入烤箱。新鮮出爐的鳳梨酥，入口香甜的滋味，真是極大的滿足與收穫。

Join us on Wednesday, September 4th, for a visit to Kuo Yuan Ye, a renowned pastry establishment with over 100 years of history. We’ll meet at Shilin MRT Station, Exit 1, at 9:30 am and walk together to the venue. The program includes a 1-hour hands-on session where you’ll learn to make Taiwan’s famous pineapple cakes, followed by a museum tour. The cost is $800, which covers the guided tour, DIY activity, and lunch.
