Dear Ladies,

As a sister member of the Welcome Club International, the Welcome to Taipei International Club has provided a platform to foster friendship and promote cross-culture education among local and international women for over 30 years.

Each year, through the interest groups and other annual activities, members have not only been able to meet women from around the world, exchange knowledge of diversified cultures, share different experiences, but also foster lifetime friendship without boundaries.

As we launch this year’s activities, I would like to thank the past and incoming executive committee members and chairpersons of the respective interest groups, for volunteering their time and talents. Without these devoted efforts, it would not be possible for the club to hold such interesting and worthwhile activities. I also thank each and every member for your participation in the club activities which is the most important pillar for the success of the club.

As we enter 2017, I look forward to working with each of you to carry on the friendship building spirit and make this a fruitful year for the club members
