| The WTIC Autumn Excursion of the year comprised of visiting the Glass Museum and Spring Pool Glass Factory, where participants were able to appreciate the glass art works from Taiwanese contemporary artists, to have the chance to see the process of making glass ornaments, and also to learn more about how recycled glass is used in industry as well as in community.
Lunch was served at Beipu, a charming Hakka township in Hsinchu County, where members enjoyed tasting the tantalizing new Hakka fusion style cuisine. The final destination of the day was to visit the Green World Ecological Farm, a world-class ecological farm featuring six theme parks. Green World is a large-scale ecological farm combining the natural ecology of animals and plants with leisure, education, and recreation. The natural environment with beautiful green plants made everyone feel very refreshing.
