Autumn Tea - "The Chinese Dragon Legend" September 11, 2012
It was our great pleasure to have our WTIC Vice President, Christi Lan Lin, as the speaker of the day. Christi has been a longtime volunteer at the National Palace Museum, doing extensive research on many areas of Chinese history and culture. Her collection of embroidered Chinese textiles is absolutely exquisite. For this event, Christi also kindly shared with us her collection of the Chinese children's textiles featuring dragon motifs. Refreshments were being served after the talk.
