This exhibition showcases 470 remarkable examples of Oriental imperial and Western court jewelry, including 160 pieces of jewelry from the collection of the National Palace Museum, 74 pieces from the Shenyang Palace Museum, and 232 aristocratic jewelry creations from the West, on loan from Cartier. The exhibition demonstrates the extraordinary craftsmanship of both Oriental and Western jewelry, the influence of the imperial and court style to the contemporary fashion, and the diversity of jewelry styles after the interaction between different cultures.
