Korean Cuisine Cooking Demonstration

 The event was organized by Ms. Loretta Chen, Ms. Shelly Huang and Ms. Louise Bystrom, Chairpersons of the WTIC International Cooking Demonstration Interest Group. Korean Cuisine was chosen as the first cooking demonstration of the year. As the host of the demonstration, Mrs. Jung Ja Moon, wife of representative of the Korean Mission in Taipei, showed us how to prepare Pumpkin Porridge, Korean Barbecue (Beef), Salad, Jungol Rice and Miso Soup. Korean kimchi was being served to enrich appetite at the beginning of the course. A box of kimchi was also given to each and every one present, as a complimentary gift from Ms. Moon.
