Matinee Lecture of the year was Thai Culture & Cuisine. We were honored to have Mr. Wiboon Khusakul, Executive Director of Thailand Trade and Economic Office in Taipei, as our speaker. Participants enjoyed watching Traditional Thai dance as well as cooking demonstration of Spicy Papaya Salad "Som Tum" presented by Thai Chef. Thai silk, traditional costumes and painted ceramics were also put on display. Delicious Thai foods, such as chicken satay, steamed savory custard, green curry, Tom Yum Goong and Hom Mali rice were presented for the participants to taste. Thailand Trade and Economic Office in Taipei also provided a prize for the lucky draw.
